Im 160 cm and 61kg. Im a little fat and chubby, but people say I’m just chubby. My life is 35inches and I have man boobs and puffy nipples. How can I get thinner, get rid of my nipples swollen manboobs? IM 16 years down the road.

Diet first, overeating at night, when metabolism is slow sleep, try to avoid excess carbohydrates. Secondly cardio try to run at least 30 minutes every morning. Making a habit of getting rid of your fat just do not expect immediate results. Third try to be actively looking for a sport that is much sweat.
