How Efficient Is Plastic Surgery For Gynecomastia Treatment? Any Best Clinic In Pune India?

One of my close relative has gynacomastia for quite a long time. He had check-ups for hormonal imbalance and cancer and each possible thing but there is no reason why this happened. Everything is quite normal. So now thinking of getting surgery. If anybody had the same kind of surgery then let me know your feedback regarding post operation condition. Does it becomes normal or any probs occur?

    It is effective when other treaments fail, but as to what is in India, I have no reply for that
