I lost weight before and never come out evenly, first came out of my arms and legs and torso.También do weight training to bulk up my chest and give you a better way

    Cardio, Cardio, and many of Wil help you lose fat in everything! I’m starting to get an hour a day, or even a bye week is gone, and I realize that my cellulite (B ****!) beginning to disappear from my thighs and buttocks! :) But you did well, push-ups are one of the best exercises for the chest / thorax. Do not forget to Bench Press too! So perhaps for you, more than 30 minutes of cardio a day and do cardio on the days (or at most 15 minutes w / cardio), do as many push-ups, bench, chest flies, etc., can be done.
