i am a male and i have gyno (female breast) prity much. . . . what is the best soulution to get rid of this situation?

    Put the question under Health and see a doctor. First and foremost, see a doctor about it because it is an actual health problem that can be addressed.

    Well this should be in health but there is one of two things happening
    1 you are over weight–lose weight
    2 you have too much estrogen in your system– go to a doctor, you may have a hormone problem
    If you smoke weed stop, it causes increased estrogen in young men.
