Routine, it is better to get rid of man boobs?
I go to the gym at least 3 times a week, especially lifting weights / use of machines. I work all the muscles (or groped). Are also starting to play basketball in the gym – about 30 minutes every time I go to lose man boobs? If not, how can I change my routine so I can do this?
