I’m male through and through. I’ve been on testosterone for years, I have a beard, and hair all over. Definitely male, even though I was born female-bodied. I got rid of my girl breasts and my vagina, but barely have a penis. Women seem to freak out over this. Why? I was born female-bodied, but have always been a man. And I have a great tongue (and if necessary to a woman, a strap-on to take the place of my small penis). But still, women don’t seem to be interested once they find that out. I’m an older guy (52), but am charming and giving. So why won’t women give me a chance?
So my family has a history of heart disease, and up until a couple years ago, when I was about 13, I was a really fat kid.
Since then, I have been trying really hard to get in shape.
The strange part is, even though I’m a guy, I can’t seem to get rid of the fat deposits around my breasts, hips, butt, and thighs.
I’m actually really skinny otherwise, and the aforementioned places don’t have a TON of fat, but I just think that the fat I have is pretty disproportional.
I mean, I can grab fat around my stomach and lower stomach (intestinal?) reigon, but it’s not a lot.
On my male breasts however, I can get a good handfull of fat.
I was wondering how I could get rid of this.
I’m 16, with a very good amount of access to healthy foods, which I tend to eat a lot of.
A problem is that I only have a moderate to low amount of access to real workout equipment, and the closest gym to my house is at least a 45 minute drive away.
Any eating/home workout tips that I could use to get rid of this fat?

I took a bunch of different kinds of medication for depression and bipolar disorder several years back, and it caused weight gain and gynecomastia–that is, the development of male breast tissue, that I can’t seem to get rid of, even though I stopped taking meds and lost most of the weight. I went to an endocrynologist and he said that surgery was the only way to get rid of it. Is there any way that working out can build muscle to at least somewhat hide it?
