I can’t reveal a spoiler, but, Harold ( Bob Hoskins ) has had to come to terms with himself killing a fellow friend due to some unforseen circumstances, and has decided to take a nice, hot shower. Whilst his clothes are being burnt in the backyard, he proceeds to drink shower water, and soap his hairy gorilla-esqué man boobs in an erotic fashion. Seriously, the only reason I like this scene is the comedy value. It’s obviously symbolic, of course, but… it all seems so bizarre, and homoerotic. Especially considering this is a movie based around gangsters, toughmen, and expert criminals. It feels like jello sort of. I am 12 years old. And weigh 122 pounds. But i have man boobs. What i have been starting doing is 25 minuutes 5x a week doing chrunches and chest flyes and bench preses with 8 pound dumbells (16 pounds together) And i have also been dieting a little bit. My diet consists of the following
Breakfast
Water, Vitamin Pill, Slice of Wheat Toast, a few peach slices out of a can
Lunch
Turkey Sandwich (no cheese, wheat bread, just the lunch meat, 1 or 2 slices, lunch meat is put in oven til dry to rid of some fat), Green Tea, Water
Dinner
Chicken Breast (Boneless, with hot sauce), Green Tea / Water. Lettuce
Other stuff I sometimes eat in place of what was mentioned
Low fat yogurt, Campbells Chicken Noodle Soup, Chicken Wings (Plain chicken wings, no seasonings/salts not fried, plain chicken, sometimes hot sauce never more than 4 wings)
And for exercise, I walk for an hour a day, I do crunches, and I do that exercise where you lay down and lift your legs as high as you can, whatever its called
So, by this Diet/Exercise plan, how long would you say it would take me to go from 290 to 220, maybe even 215? Thank you in advance.
