Ok, so my friend says they are a bit ‘overweight can not lose man boobs lose all the fat first, right? I really do not think I’ve seen a lot of people with breast and built a gut. If the bench three times a week and push-ups and manages the loss or do I need to lose fat first?

im a 16 yr old male. im slightly overweight and have breasts (theyre not big but theyre there). any tips (eg. dietary restrictions/exercises) to get rid of em? i heard that teens usually grow out of this condition. any help would b appreciated.
