Getting Rid of Man Boobs – Losing Man Boobs

I’m trying to gain some weight at this moment, I am 8% body fat. What is a good body fat%, it will not be too thin, but they are not man boobs or small

i have chest fat. . my nipples are like triangular and pointy how do i get rid of these things? do i have to lose weight would just benching help or push ups or should i bulk up and try to gain muscle there ?
