Getting Rid of Man Boobs – Losing Man Boobs

I am a man of about boobs, I just lost 40 pounds and thought I would go with the rest of the weight, but decreased only slightly. How do I get rid of them? Pectoral not work very well and diet has’nt worked yet.

Well I am 16 and im overweight. I really want to get in shape for my graduation party is about a year and medio.Mi instinct is great, I have man boobs, triceps floppy and I have great thighs. Can someone please tell me what to do to get rid of this fast? Dame as a program to follow and a diet or something? Please help me.
