Too many male hormones. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . ?

When the girls have hairitisum or have a lot of male hormones might induce them not to have breast cancer? Im 14 and I think hairitisum because I have a lot of facial hair where children are supposed to achieve, as the chin, the chin, jaw, whiskers, stomach, chest. . . and my mother are completely flat, I have nothing at all, even the shape. . .     Genes unless their parents are not similar. Hormone therapy will get rid of the hair and her breasts grow.
