What exercise gets rid of man boobs?

I know I should lose weight, but I call man boobs. What exercise should help. Pecs?

    Just give the man a gym, which is what I did and mine are gone. How can you have a push-up. No fatty foods, excersize a lot. Do not be lazy or a donkey theyll never disappear

    Cardio exercises. The man boobs are the excess fat around the pooling only pectoral muscles (chest muscles). Cardio exercise will help to resolve some of which, together with some strength training too. Chest, incline presses, chest, bench, cable are all good flies to work the chest.

    Actually, I think the best is the butterfly, but you can download the house from top to bottom and use the arms to support its own weight – and between the parallel bars or two heavy chairs. A good number of them one day lose man-boobs.

    Yes up should help but what we really need is peck exercises. Try this, lying face up on the floor and bend your right fist in front of the AMRS for the face. Get some weights in your hand and slowly drop the AMRS earth. Tip: wrists and elbows must touch the ground at the same time. Good luck, because evil !!!!!!

    I’m no expert. . . but I always thought the mantitty was a kind of agreement. Something like a chubby, not only can lose weight in the stomach. Spot toning does not work. I have to go with the whole thing. the mantitty however, may be more dominant in some than others. Some men have only a little ‘pec fat carp and some guys have much more than average mantitty media. I do not know why. Eat well and exercise regularly. The best thing to do with honesty is starting to walk. going walking, jogging, to create a bit ‘away. . . Jogging tones the body.
